I want you to be very happy with your purchase so if on receipt you are dissatisfied in any way please contact me as soon as possible and I will reimburse all your monies excepting shipping costs within the terms set out below .
Returns policy.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return an artwork you must notify me of your intention to do so within 7 days of receipt . Contact me at my email address brusheswithcornwall@icloud.com. If you contact me any later than 7 days to express your wish to return the artwork, I will not be able to refund you. The returned artwork must be returned within 21 days in an undamaged and original condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for carefully repackaging the artwork using the original packaging materials provided they are serviceable. If you no longer have the original packaging or they are no longer serviceable, you will be required to purchase replacement materials.
Provided the artwork is received within 21 days and in original and undamaged condition, I will process your refund via your original payment method with a deduction for the initial shipping cost to you.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
I take great care in packaging artworks and only use reputable shipping companies or Royal Mail. Nevertheless, if an artwork is damaged in transit to you, please contact me without delay and attach a description and photos of the damage. In such circumstances, when it is clear that the artwork was damaged by the shippers, we will ask you to return the artwork to us and upon receipt, all monies paid by you, including shipping, will be refunded by me via your original payment method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notifying you of its receipt. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
